To learn about  guarantee services, pay attention to the following note and read the user manual carefully.
 
Guarantee conditions:
 

  • The guarantee card is valid with the seal and signature of the seller along with the date of purchase.

  • During the validity of this guarantee, your device will be included in the guarantee service once.

  • The guarantee is for repairing the device and does not mean replacing the device.

  • Due to the non-issuing a copy, be careful in keeping the guarantee card.

Guarantee cancellation cases:
 

  • The guarantee is only for repair by the authorized representatives of the KADEX service center, and any change in the appearance of the device or repairs by unauthorized agents will invalidate the guarantee.

  • Failures caused by power fluctuations, fire, water damage, breakage and improper use of the device are not included in the guarantee.

  • Accessories and consumables, including three systems, cables, charcoal, shells, bearings, chargers, batteries, etc., are not included in the guarantee.

  • At the time of purchasing, make sure that the guarantee label is intact, the product serial number and the number mentioned in the guarantee card are correct. Otherwise, the service center will not have any responsibility.

  • Improper use of the device or not following the instructions in the user manual
